NFL Week 7 Thoughts
It's been 4 weeks since I have enlightened you with my NFL Thoughts. For that I apologize. Here they are though:
- The Patriots and The Colts are both awesome. Their game on Nov. 4th should be sweet. My guess is that they will play each other once again in the AFC Championship game.
- Speaking of the Patriots and the Colts...ESPN.com's Gregg Easterbrook has a dead on analysis of their upcoming game. Basically, he describes the game as good vs. evil. It's a good read...check it out.
- The Bengals are still in it...especially considering their schedule gets way easier as the season goes on. Plus they will get back Chris Henry and Chris Perry. There's still a chance.
- I think the Giants will be playing in the Super Bowl...barring some sort of significant injury or meltdown
- The Dolphins and Rams are historically bad football teams. Brian Brohm better be watching carefully...because he will be playing for one of them. (side note...I'd rather have Brohm than Brady Quinn...so maybe the Dolphins passing up Quinn was OK)
- I have no idea how good or bad the Ravens, Browns and Steelers. Very inconsistent.
- Outside of the Cowboys and Giants...I don't think there even a decent team in the NFC at this point. Maybe if Shawn Alexander stops running like a 7th grade girl, the Seahawks could crack that category
- It's Steeler Week!!
