Sunday, October 28, 2007Reason # 15Reason # 15 I don't like Marvin Lewis as the Cincinnati Bengals head coach: Not going for it 4th & 1 on the Steelers 2 yard line. They could have gotten a first down. They could have gotten a touchdown. Or they could have forced the Steelers to go the length of the field in 2 minutes. Nope. Lewis decides to kick the worthless field goal. Forget the fact that Bengals defense couldn't stop an 8th grade team at this point. Let's get 3 points and have our terrible kickoff team go out there. Steelers return it to the 35. March down the field and score a touchdown. Halftime Score: 21-6. That's bad coaching. That's making a weak decision so you can blame the players when they lose (which he will do...he always does). So that's reason #15. Out of 1 million. It's time to bring in "The Chin", or at the very least, someone who doesn't appear totally outmatched by whoever the coach is on the other sideline.
