Top 7 - 3.1.07
The weekly DIA Top 7 ListSeven Things I Like Right Now- Dirty Jobs - This is a TV show on Discovery Channel. It is pretty funny and I always learn something neat. Mike Rowe, the host, does a really nice job of getting the job to you and keeping it entertaining at the same time. Check your local listings.
- Reading - Nothing much to this one. I just like reading. I like reading both fiction and non-fiction. I don't like reading girl books though. Mostly because I am not a girl. On the side bar to the right you can see what I am currently reading
- How It's Made - Another TV show! This is also on the Discovery Channel. It is a 30 minute show that takes about 5 minutes to explain how different things are made. I think they are all factory made, not stupid boring hand made garbage. I want machines going 53,000 mph...I want presses pounding 1 million pounds of pressure...that's real manufacturing. Also, I just realized that with these first three items I might be coming off kind of nerdish. So be it.
- Scarlett Johansson
- Cincy Jungle - This is a really good Bengals website. Lots of solid information and very little homerism. It is linked in my Sports Websites links.
- Drums - I was working on one of my songs the other day and I added drums to it. It makes it 257.2% better. It's pretty amazing actually. Take a terrible song...add durms to it...it immediately becomes less terrible. I don't know if that is the way it works with other people's music, but that's pretty much it for my songs. And that's my goal...to be less terrible.
- Warmer Weather - Yea for warmer weather!! Here's hoping for 60 degrees!
