Some Money Saving Websites
I just noticed that it has been a while since my last post. Sorry! I thought I would write a post about some interesting deals/ways to get deals.
- If you have pets, you probably need to get medicine for them. I went to 1800petmeds.com. This is a fantastic website that has pretty much any medicine you might need. We needed heartworm preventative medicine for our two dogs. A nice feature that this website has is a price matching function. So you can search for interceptor heartworm meds at any place...then tell 1-800-Petmeds...and they will match it and give you free shipping. Sweet deal! Plus, they put a dog biscuit in my box. That's cute.
- Retail Me Not is a really cool website that gathers information about coupon codes for pretty much every online vendor. If you use Firefox, you can add a plugin that tell you anytime you are on a site with a coupon code. It is quite helpful for those who do online shopping a lot...and for this time of the year.
- Filtersnow.com is a very nice website to buy filters. I recently had to get some humidifier filters, and Filters Now pretty much stocks any filter you might want, so it is useful for furnace filters as well. They will also match a competing price if you e-mail them about it.
